YOGA UNPLUGGED​
A seated stretch focusing on the shoulders, the hips and the hamstrings. A perfect way to unplug and unwind to some of your favorite acoustic jams.

Breathe...breathe in the air. Come shine and flow with us to the lyrics of Pink Floyd. Guide your body during an Ashtanga influenced flow that will increase your flexibility and strength, leaving you comfortably numb.
GET THE LED OUT​
Yoga to the music of Led Zeppelin.
This all levels yoga flow to the epic music of Led Zeppelin will reinvigorate your soul. This class will leave you feeling restored and renewed as it begins with breathing exercises, continues with a gentle flow, and concludes with a mindful meditation.
PRETTY IN PINK PILATES​
A full body mat Pilates class concentrating on strengthening and elongating the spine by engaging the core. A beginner level class to soundtracks from classic 80's movies!
ROCK YOUR ASANA
A vinyasa flow based class where you will focus on breath and movement meant to strengthen your body, empower your mind, and create good energy. All levels are welcome! Great music, guaranteed.
EVERY DAY IS LIKE SUNDAY​
This all levels Vinyasa class is done to your favorite New Wave songs. Expect to hear the Smiths, Flesh for Lulu, Echo and the Bunnymen & Depeche Mode while you work through your sun salutations and clear your mind for the week coming up!
PRETTY IN PINK PILATES​
A full body Pilates class concentrating on strengthening the core with a strong focus on stability, posture and flexibility. What’s NOT moving is just important as what IS! Enjoy this upbeat class while listening to epic soundtracks from our favorite classic 80’s movies!
YOGA TO SPRINGSTEEN
Greetings from Asbury Park! All levels are welcome to this 60-minute power vinyasa flow. Linking mind, body, and breath set to the music of Asbury Park’s own Bruce Springsteen!
YOGA TO DEPECHE MODE & THE CURE
A yoga class done to the music of The Cure & Depeche Mode will leave you feeling restored and renewed as it begins with a Pranayama breathing exercise, continues with a flow, and concludes with a mindful meditation. All levels welcome.

YOGA 101
New to Yoga? Or maybe it’s been a while? Are you a little rusty? Never actually learned what the poses (asanas) are? Or maybe you want to really get to know the technique? Come join us for a class that will teach poses (asanas), phrases, & the philosophies of yoga to get you started on your path or to reignite your yoga passion.
BARRE BARELLA​
An epic barre class that uses low intensity with high reps for a full body workout. Resistance bands and bender balls are used to strengthen, lengthen and tone the body. Barbarella approved!
OPEN BARRE​
This high energy barre class is inspired by elements of ballet, yoga and pilates. Focus is given to high reps and small range movements targeting the legs, glutes & core. A great way to fine tune those muscles! No ballet experience required.

Free Movement is a dance class for all levels that varies between Contemporary and Jazz Funk. Each week will feature a new style and a new combination to a new song.
12 O'CLOCK STRETCH​
A full body yoga workout that is gentle on the joints but gets your heart rate up. Open to anyone who wants to improve their mobility, strength, flexibility, awareness, balance, and well-being. By using an array of props: chairs, blocks, blankets, & bands, both beginners and experts will enjoy this class.

RASPBERRY BARRET​
A beginner barre class that will focus on creating long lean muscles through variations and pulsing repetitions at the barre and off done to the music of Prince. Wearing purple is recommended :-)

ASHTANGA TUNE UP
Take your practice to the next level or jumpstart having a practice. This is an dynamic traditional style of yoga that combines breath work, focusing the mind, moderate paced movement, and ends with relaxation and meditation.
