EPISODE 1 | YOGA TO QUEEN PART 1
60 MINUTES | ALL LEVELS
A foundational one hour class designed to introduce a classic sun salutation sequence and basic asanas. The importance of the three part breath is introduced, along with a guided meditation at the end. Class pacing is slow to moderate, perfect for beginners or anyone who is looking for a practice that is both invigorating and relaxing.
EPISODE 2 | YOGA TO QUEEN PART 2
45 MINUTES | ALL LEVELS
A perfect follow up to Yoga to Queen 1. It is a 45 minute class, which incorporates breathing techniques and sun salutations at a little bit of a faster pace. Additional asanas are introduced, with a focus on opening the heart and stretching.
EPISODE 3 | YOGA UNPLUGGED
30 MINUTES | INTERMEDIATE
A 30 minute seated stretch focusing on the shoulders, the hips and the hamstrings. A perfect way to unplug and unwind to some of your favorite acoustic jams.
EPISODE 4 | EVERY DAY IS LIKE SUNDAY

Enjoy every Sunday with some coffee then an all levels vinyasa class done to your favorite New Wave songs. Expect to hear the Smiths, Flesh for Lulu, Echo and the Bunnymen and Depeche Mode while you work through your sun salutations and clear your mind for the week coming up!

A yoga class done to music by the Gurus of Grunge will leave you feeling renewed and energized as it begins with a Pranayama breathing exercise, continues with a gentle flow, and concludes with a mindful meditation.

Greetings from Asbury Park! All levels are welcome to this 60-minute power vinyasa flow. Linking mind, body, and breath set to the music of Asbury Park’s own Bruce Springsteen!

Kick off your weekend with a Yoga flow to Dave Matthews! This yoga class will create strength, give you a nice stretch, and create a positive mental flow into the weekend while enjoying a soundtrack by the Dave Matthews Band! All levels welcome.

A restorative yoga class where we slow down with passive stretching to the music of Pink Floyd. A mellow pace with long holds, allowing the muscles to relax deeply.

A high energy, low impact barre class that will focus on creating long lean muscles through variations and pulsing repetitions at the barre.

Free Movement is a dance class for all levels that varies between Contemporary and Jazz Funk. Each week will feature a new style and a new choreography combination to a new song.

An advanced Vinyasa flow led by Shape Shop Asbury Park's Ariana Speranza! A challenging class to try at home while listening to an awesome Blondie playlist!

This 45 minute class is powerful with just the right amount of intensity, focusing on strengthening your stance and grounding to improve balance. Stretching, pranayama and attention to alignment are also integrated throughout class. *Blocks / books are encouraged as optional props.

A low key gentle flow set to some of the most laid back tunes known to man.

A full body mat Pilates class concentrating on strengthening and elongating the spine by engaging the core. A beginner level class focusing on connecting the mind, body, and spirit, allowing the body to become stronger, longer, and leaner. All while listening to soundtracks from classic 80's movies!
